From material intake to the finished product, our production process is designed to ensure high-quality industrial powder coating, thanks to modern facilities, controlled processes, and an efficient organization that guarantees precision, reliability, and production continuity.
The production process adopted by RAL 92 is based on a functional layout, where the work areas are divided according to the specific processing stages, and equipped with the machinery and tools necessary to carry out the operations.

Final packaging.
A standard coating thickness of 80–120 microns is guaranteed for smooth finishes, and 90–150 microns for textured, orange peel, and hammered finishes, as required by all paint manufacturers. Different thicknesses can be provided upon specific customer request.
We carry out quality checks at every stage of the coating process, as well as visual inspections of the surface finish and coating thickness. Thickness measurements can be performed based on specific sampling requirements requested by the client. Periodic destructive laboratory tests (salt spray and cross-cut adhesion tests) are also conducted; additional destructive tests can be carried out upon specific customer request.
Packaging solutions are agreed with the client to ensure the integrity of components during transport. Specific packaging requirements can be followed as defined by the client or established by RAL 92 according to agreed specifications.
